Methods

Our training philosophy is based around sound theoretical and technical knowledge coaching athletes to a high international standard, working from the basic changes in technique enabling you to ski faster, through to the psychological and physiological aspects of training for these tests.

Our aim is to give you the full backing of our knowledge and experience working as thoroughly as possible to prepare you. Prior to the courses, you can contact us for any advice you may need on preparation and specific equipment tailored to your stage of development.

All our training is structured to enable you to progress through the programme, building each week on the foundation laid in the previous weeks. The training will run from Mon - Fri each week but will be subject to weather conditions.

Our approach takes what you’ve learnt and builds on it so you will be faster down the course. We believe that it’s not about looking pretty, but about going fast. We will build on your freeskiing outside gates initially then apply the skills learnt to the course.
