Impulse Racing Autumn training
5 weeks November/December Training Monday to Friday
During this training period, we will initially work on easier terrain to build on the skills you have already and increase you speed. Then we will move terrain to use these skills and build your speed.
Each week we will run timing as a real-time guage on your progress. On the hill training will be each morning, followed by some light fitness. Video feedback sessions will run a minimum of 3 evenings per week
A reduction in cost will be available for those booking all 5 weeks and for those booking autumn training in conjunction with the summer training.
